CUSTOMER COMMENTS: My mom bought this backpack for my nine month old daughter and she LOVES it! She loves to unzip the pockets and get her toys and "treats" out. It's durable and holds a considerable amount of stuff. I have been able to fit a can of formula, a bottle, two cloth diapers, a small wet bag (for the dirty cloth diapers), four small toys, an extra outfit, a small container of snacks, and a book or two in this bag. It's perfect if you don't want to tote around a huge diaper bag, it's cute, and your little one can use it for years to come!
CUSTOMER COMMENTS: Perfect Toddler Backpack. This backpack is the PERFECT
size for a toddler to carry her/his toys, snacks, etc. around in. My two
year old daughter chose the owl backpack and she loves it. Her Barbie's,
snacks, and sippy cup can go everywhere she does now without me having to
carry a big purse :)
CUSTOMER COMMENT: I bought the Puppy one for my 2 year old over a year
ago. He loves it takes all of his toys with him in it, and I would also
put his diapers and wipes in there while potty training. Also little side
pocket is perfect for a sippy. This bag is great for trips to the zoo or
just anywhere. It is great quality and has held up to my child's abuse. He
is 3 1/2 now and still takes his backpack everywhere with him. I will be
buying the frog bag for our youngest son.

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: Items returned in used or opened condition, or outside of return policy will be refunded at retail price, minus 50% fee. The items will be given to a local charity or needy family. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
