MOM TESTED - We bought this product hoping it
would help our 2 month old twins to sleep longer. By the third night of
using it they were sleeping 11 hours straight! It has a variety of noises,
although I really only use the womb noise and I love that it can be plugged
in and played all night long to keep them sleeping.

CUSTOMER COMMENT: I consider this one of the
essential baby care gadgets, far more essential than a wipe warmer. Many
baby experts seem to agree that newborns crave the swooshing sounds of the
womb, and that silence, for them, is startling. Our newborn would cease
screaming AS SOON AS WE TURNED THE WOMB SOUNDS ON. Other people, observing
this, could not believe it, and, though they laughed at us, had to agree
that IT WORKED. Now, our son is nearing 6 months of age, but we still use
the machine (set on Ocean sounds) in order to drown out other sounds during
nap and sleep times.
CUSTOMER COMMENT: This is by far the best baby
gift I received. Not only does it put our son to sleep, but us as well. I
wish I would have found it months ago when our daughter was having trouble
sleeping through the night because of the train whistle that blows near our
new house. My son was also just in the hospital for 10 days and this was
great to help him sleep and block out all of the beeps and buzzes of the
monitors and alarms. All of the doctors and nurses kept commenting how great
it was.

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: Items returned in used or opened condition, or outside of return policy will be refunded at retail price, minus 50% fee. The items will be given to a local charity or needy family. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
