LATCH - The Watchdog Latch is a self latching child safety device
which restricts doors from opening fully, yet allows adults easy entry or
exit. The Watchdog Latch (door catch) helps keep children out of dangerous
areas like the garage, backyard, pool area and off the busy streets
outside your front door. No need to remember more things then you have to,
the latch works automatically after every use.
WATCHDOG LATCH FOR DOORS - Watchdog Latch grabs the edge of most any type of hinged door and keeps it from opening further. To open door from the inside or outside, simply move the flexible arm out of the way. The device should be mounted high out of your child's reach on the door knob side. The spring-steel shaft is very strong and has a natural curve which matches the doors swing.

What is the Watchdog Latch?
* A brand new product on the market to assist parent / guardians in
protecting children against hazzards.
* It allows the door to open about 1-7/8" to 2-1/4" before catching
depending on door thickness.
* Just under 6" in total length & approx. 3/8" high.
* Is mounted up high out of reach of young children.
How is it different?
* The latch protects without adult input
* It is a self-latching device
* It works when the door gets within approximately 1-3/4" of closing.
* It can be operated from either side of the door for easy entry or exit.
* All metal construction including high-tech spring steel.
* Stainless steel door catch & strike plate.
* Rounded hook end for safety - aluminum.
Installation
* The latch can be installed one of two ways.
* Surface mounting is simplest if you have a small gap between door and
frame.
* Flush mounting can fit on any door but requires a shallow 1" recess in
frame
* See instructions link below for more information regarding both mounting
methods.
* All you need is a drill, utility knife, and a screwdriver.
* You can remove the hook and leave the mount as a cover plate after your
child has grown (no hole to fill).
* After reading the
instructions and gathering the tools, it should only take about 20
minutes to install.

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: Items returned in used or opened condition, or outside of return policy will be refunded at retail price, minus 50% fee. The items will be given to a local charity or needy family. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
