Kay Green is the founder of My Precious Kid. She started MPK in May 2001 while designing children's ID cards. In June 2008 the business moved out of her home into its first retail location. In June 2011 she moved the business to a larger 3100 SF location.
Kay is married to Russell for 33 years.
She is mom to Melissa(30), Jordan(27), Allison(25) & Haley (12).
She is Nana to Madison
born December 2006, and twin grandsons Micah & Mason born May 2009 and
granddaughter Emma Kate born September 2010.
MY EMPLOYEES
Tracey is my Administrative Assistant. She was hired in January 2010. She handles all customer service and vendor relations.
Hayley is my Production Assistant. She was hired in March 2010. She processes, packs and ships all orders from our Hillsboro OR location.
Tami is my Products Stocking Assistants and Decor Coordinator. She joined us in December 2009. She processes incoming inventory for our store.
Shasta, Kelli & Ruth are our newest staff members. They will be handling Saturday store hours! Shasta is also our products assistant along with Tami. Pictures to follow.
Melissa Marteney is my Product Selection Assistant (and daughter). She has worked in various jobs since 2006. She helps me select and approve new products for our store.
Katie Green is my project assistant. She helps with extra products as we need it. Katie is also my daughter-in-law. She and my granddaughter Emma Kate are our cloth diaper testers.
