CUSTOMER COMMENTS: I ordered our Sleepy Wrap
a little over a week after my little guy was born. He was (and still is) a
gassy boy and always liked to be held upright; in the beginning, it seemed
that was the only way he would nap (unless he was nursing)!! The Sleepy
Wrap was wonderful for both in the house and when we were out and about.
He would cry and scream in his car seat in the stores, but almost never a
peep came out of him when he was snuggled next to Mommy in the Sleepy
Wrap! He is now a big 20 pound 6 month old and we still use it (just today
at the grocery store, in fact; he fell asleep for half the trip.
CUSTOMER COMMENTS: I received this as a gift and
it is by far one of the best gifts I got, my son loves his wrap! I have a
Moby as well but this is so much better I hardly ever need to tighten up
because of fear my baby will fall. the stretchy material is awesome and
lightweight...this does not get as hot as a moby either. It can be
complicated at 1st to wrap but once you do it a few times its so
easy....and there are lots of videos on you tube that show how to do it.
CUSTOMER COMMENTS: I bought this for our newborn
as the sling I have is not age-appropriate yet. This wrap was great to use
from day one. It didn't take long to figure out how to wrap myself and the
baby using the booklet that was provided, and our baby was so snug and
warm inside. I can tell she really likes being held close and firm. Though
you could be hands-free I guess, I cradled our baby's head as she doesn't
have enough head control head. I used it around the house and while
shopping - works great in both places. I highly recommend this product!

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: Items returned in used or opened condition, or outside of return policy will be refunded at retail price, minus 50% fee. The items will be given to a local charity or needy family. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
