SAFE SIPPY CUP- These safe sippy cups are sCUSTOMER COMMENT - All of my Mommy friends have converted to the SAFE SIPPY as well-and trust me these cups have raised such a stir in my community because of the Eco/Toxicity issue I don't believe any one I know-who I consider a friend would let their child use any other cup but the Safe Sippy. I've been such an advocate I've sent them around the country to all my Mommy friends and every single parent has gone out and purchased more on their own.

SAFE SIPPY MATERIALS - All plastic parts (cap and
handles) are made from #5 plastic or polypropylene that is the safest and
most stable of all plastics. All plastic used is tested and/or certified
free of BPA and phthalates. Only when a child is actually drinking from the
cup does the fluid inside come into contact with the plastic, so what you
put in is what you get out.
DISHWASHER SAFE SIPPY - The cup and all its parts
are dishwasher safe. We recommend the top rack only. While the valve does
well in the dishwasher, it is easy to loose and we recommend that you hand
wash it separately. Size 2.5 " at widest point x 7

WHERE IS THE SAFE SIPPY MADE - We are an American
company, but our cup is manufactured in China near Shanghai. We have done
everything to ensure the factory, worker conditions and product is up to our
standards. To do so, we visit the factory frequently. The factory is very
clean, orderly and humane. They even employ handicap workers. Most
importantly, it is ISO (International Standards of Operation) certified
which is very difficult to attain and comes from an outside agency that
audits for manufacturing processes and standards. Finally, we have the
independent testing lab, STR, test all elements of the cup from the steel
and plastic compounds, to FDA and European child safety standards, to the
durability of the stainless steel body - just to make sure.

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned without return code,
in used condition, opened, or after 30 days will be refunded at retail minus
shipping, minus 50% restocking fee.
