BOOSTER SEAT LAW - Most states are moving to the new law of requiring kids to stay in a booster seat until age 8 or 80 lbs or 4'9". The new recommendations we have seen suggest NOT moving your child to a booster seat until they are age 4 and 40 pounds. If you have a child under age 4 and already 40 pounds we recommend keeping them in a 5 pt harness car seat like the RADIAN 80 until after age 4. It is much safer for children age 4 and under to be in a 5 point harness in a car accident.
**A Note on LATCH Weight Limits: Your vehicle may state a set weight
limit
for its LATCH anchors (40 or 48 lbs). This weight limit does not apply to
booster seats with LATCH as the Lower Anchors on a booster seat are only
intended to secure the weight of the booster seat itself (approximately 16
lbs. in this case). The vehicle's lap and shoulder belts secure the weight
of the child; because of this, you can use LATCH with the Monterey up to 120
lbs.

RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.

When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
