My Precious Kid is Paypal Verified.

Shipping

The shopping cart will give you shipping price based on zip code location and product weights plus options for

1. First Class Mail 10 Business Days
2. Priority Mail 7 Business Days
3. UPS Ground 5 Business Days
4. UPS Select 3 Business Days
5. UPS Air 2 Business Days
6. International Priority
7. International Express

International orders will only be shipped to the verified BILLING address.

MISSING ORDERS: All claims for missing shipments must be filed with My Precious Kid within 45 days of order. We will then provide you with package tracking numbers so you may file with USPS or UPS. After 45 we will have no liability in missing orders.

Order Processing

Payments are processed in real time when the order is placed. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping usually occurs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

International orders are usually sent International Priority mail. International orders makes it impossible for us to track or insure packages. My Precious Kid has no responsibility for lost international packages after they leave here. International orders must be sent to the address that the credit card bills to. Some items will require additional shipping to international addresses.

We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS - Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of personalized products such as DOG TAGS and Name/ALLERGY Labels. No returns or refunds on personalized products.

Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:
1. Within 30 days of order
2. UNOPENED new products
3. Email us for RETURN CODE number
4. Include a copy of the sales receipt
5. Indicate refund or product exchange

NOT ALLOWED RETURNS:
* Opened product packages
* Used products
* Sale products
* Personalized products (name/allergy stickers, dog tags)
* Potty Products

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
Contact us for manufacturer product replacement phone number.

Shipping Charges are not refundable.

REFUNDS  - A check will be mailed for all returns minus shipping.

Returns are accepted within 30 days with a return code on unopened, unused, new condition products.  No returns on sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special orders, or wholesale purchases.

Items returned without return code, or in used condition, or opened, or after 30 days will be refunded at retail minus shipping, minus 50% restocking fee.

Customer Privacy

Your privacy is our concern. My Precious Kid will never sell or give away your contact information ever! Read our full privacy policy. Once your order is completed you will receive ONE email from us 4-6 weeks later making sure the products is working correctly for you. Unless you join our newsletter you will not receive any other emails from My Precious Kid. You may occasionally receive postal mail about new products or sales.

Security

Our web site purchasing system uses the most up to date secure server. So your personal information is always safe and secure. You will see a small LOCK graphic on the bottom right on the page when you are i the secure sever mode.

Wholesale

My Precious Kid is happy to sell in wholesale prices for volume purchases to businesses and organizations. Contact us for more information on this option.

Product Production

Items 0100-1600 (ID kits and charts) are all produced in house at My Precious Kid. These items are assembled and packaged in the My Precious Kid home office.

Items 4000-9900 are all created by other manufacturers, many of them parents.

QUESTIONS

How does my child's info get on the ID cards? ID Bracelets? ID tags?

All our products are designed to allow the parent to create them for their child. For the ID cards either Type, write or use clear labels in a Brother label machine to add the info tot he card. For the bracelets and tag use a extra fine point permanent felt tip pen to write on them.
