Returns are accepted within 30 days with a return code on unopened, unused, new condition products.  No returns on sale items, potty training products, pacifiers, personalized products, special orders, or wholesale purchases.  Defective Merchandise can of course be returned. For some products we would instead provide you with the manufacturers warranty phone number.

Email for a return Code number before returning.
No returns or refunds on products unless defective.
No returns on personalized products (name stickers, dog tags, allergy labels, pacifiers) unless the printing error is ours.
Items returned without RETURN code, in used condition, or opened will be refunded at retail minus shipping, minus 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
