Returns are accepted within 30 days with a return code on unopened, unused, new condition products.  No returns on sale items, potty training products, pacifiers, personalized products, special orders, or wholesale purchases.

Email for a return Code number before returning.
No returns or refunds on OPENED products unless defective.
No returns on personalized products (name stickers, dog tags, allergy labels, pacificers)
Items returned without RETURN code, in used condition, or opened will be refunded at retail minus shipping, minus 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
