Give one to grandma, aunt Mary, preschool, scouts, school, VBS, and friend your child occasionally stays with. This card allows doctors and paramedics to treat your child in your absence without delay.
A grand mother came up to me at an event and thanked me for providing this service. Her grand daughter was staying with her while the mom was out shopping. The grand mother was canning and the little girl was burned. The grandmother took the little girl to the hospital. She was told that because the injury was not life threatening they could not treat her with mothers consent. The mother could not be reached. The grandmother was forced to wait in the hospital waiting room several hours with a little girl in pain until the mother could be found. Now this grandmother always carries one of these medical release signature cards when she cares for her grandchildren.
I can hand the card in my wallet to anyone she is going to stay with so they have a medical release signature if needed in my absence. Is your child protected when you are not there?

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned without return code,
in used condition, opened, or after 30 days will be refunded at retail minus
shipping, minus 50% restocking fee.
