These medical ID plates are made of hypo-allergenic surgical stainless steel.
The adjustible wrist bands are made of nylon & polyester. Each band
has 1-5 lines of contact
information engraved on the back side at no extra cost. We recommend 1 or
2 contact phone numbers be on every medical alert bracelet.
Bracelet strap is 1/2" wide by 8.5" long. It adjusts to fit 4-8" wrist.
ID Plate is approx. 1" x 1" wide, made with surgical grade stainless steel

PERSONALIZED ID BRACELETS - Choose our Surgical Stainless Steel Medical ID Plate with "Asthma Remove Strap See Other Side" (or other chosen medical option) pre-engraved. Medical Alert ID Plates fit on any of our interchangeable sport straps. Made of hypoallergenic non-corrosive 316L Surgical Stainless Steel. Most medical bracelets on the internet are usually 304 Stainless. Personalization is black/laser engraved style engraving, the inscription is laser engraved onto the metal in black letters. Custom engraving is available for any plate, but for young children we recommend that you request engraving only on the back of the plate, where it's protected from scratching. CHILD'S PERSONALIZED ID BRACELET - Our medical alert ID bracelet wristband fit wrists from 4-8" so have a long life span. Our wristbands are waterproof and easy to put on with a snap-lock clasp! The snap-lock clasp is hard for most kids to take off but easier for adults. Active children and toddlers will now enjoy their medical alert ID bracelets. Our hand washable wristbands are made of nylon and polyester.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned without return code,
in used condition, opened, or after 30 days will be refunded at retail minus
shipping, minus 50% restocking fee.
