Knickernappies warranties against defects,
including snaps, elastic, workmanship, and parts. This does not include
leaking, odors, or wear & tear. Warranty is extended only to original
owner with proof of purchase. Baby Bum Drops & Fluff Dust are excluded
because they are non-durable products.
Diapers - 2 years elastic, 1 year workmanship, lifetime on snaps
Inserts, doublers, liners - 1 year workmanship
Nursing pads, changing pads - 1 year workmanship
Diaper Sprayers - 1 year parts
Prefolds - 1 year workmanship
Baby Bum Drops - no warranty
Damage to PUL caused by bleach is NOT covered under the warranty. Bleach
use results in cracked PUL, PUL with pinholes, and eventually leaking. The
use of bleach on PUL products voids all warranties.
WASHING: For routine washing, run a cold rinse with no detergent. Then a
hot wash with 1/2 the amount of detergent recommended on detergent label.
Extra rinse if needed. Hang to dry or machine dry on normal or warm
setting.
No bleach, fabric softeners, or commercial diaper creams.

To use the fleece liner, simply lay it on top of any diaper. It
may be used with a prefold, pocket diaper, AIO, or fitted. It won't
bunch up or slide around like many disposable liners and your baby
will enjoy the stay-dry softness of fleece. If you are using the
liner with diaper cream, I suggest using two liners for maximum

Prewashed hemp combined with Knickernappies' custom-milled
micro-fleece makes a very absorbent, stay-dry doubler to use in any
diaper. Lay doubler on top of any type of diaper to boost absorbency.
To keep wetness away from your baby's skin, lay the fleece side next
to baby. For potty training, simply turn the doubler over to the
hemp side so baby feels the wetness. Our hemp is prewashed so the
doublers won't shrink and you can wash and use them right away with

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: Items returned in used or opened condition, or outside of return policy will be refunded at retail price, minus 50% fee. The items will be given to a local charity or needy family. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
