GETTING STARTED: Are you new to cloth diapering and really want help with where to start? We are happy to help you create your own packages. Just give us a call. We want to help take the guess work out of what do I really need to get started. Our packages are available in different sizes and styles. You choose the one right for you.

PICK YOUR PACKAGE:
Choose the size of packages (1 day or 2 day)
Select the style of diapers (cover/inserts or combo or accessories)
Let us know your gender colors (boy, girl, neutral)
Tell us your baby's size

And we will help you create the perfect package for you. We only stock  the best selling colors and varieties for each of the brands so you can be assured you are getting terrific colors and styles. And of course if you want more control you may order the items separately  on our cloth diaper pages.

CLOTH DIAPER BRANDS: Our cloth diaper packages include brands such as Blueberry, Bummis, GroVia, Knickernappies, Sweet Pea, Thirsties and Best Bottom. We will select the colors and styles for you based on the information you give us.These kits are discounted so coupon codes are not valid with them.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate refund or product exchange on the package.

NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special orders, or wholesale purchases.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be replaced within the first 30 days after order.

PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their warranty policy.

REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

NOTE: Items returned in used or opened condition, or outside of return policy will be refunded at retail price, minus 50% fee. The items will be given to a local charity or needy family. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
