Wonderful! I am also glad that I have the flexibility in my job to go and be able to go home and work, run errands, or just take the kids and have fun. As long as the parents know what the plan is and I'm there on time to pick the older one up from the bus after school, I'm "free" to do as I need to. Of course, there are times where I need to do work around their house, but that often gets done while the kids are eating or the Kindergartner is at school. Thank you, Lord, for flexibility in crazy times!

Working from home is great and the main downside it less social interaction at times. But all the benefits far out way this. Besides, you can always go shopping and talk to sales clerks when you get lonely. :)
