BI-FOLD DOOR LOCK INSTALLATION:1. Place lock on top of door away from hinged area
2. For thinner doors place insert into lock
3. Align and snap into place
4. Insert wand for easy operation
5. Close door with lock in place at top of door.
6. Slide lock over hinged area to prevent door from opening
CUSTOMER COMMENTS: This product is the best child safety device we have ever bought. We love it because it is so easy for us to "lock" and "unlock" the device. We just slide it right off the hinge when we want to get in the closet and slide it back on the hinge when we want to keep the closet off limits. It is perfect for a closet that is used often. We don't get frustrated trying to open a lock that is hard for us, because it is so quick and easy. Because it is out of reach or our two year old, she can't even try to get her closet doors open when the device is in use. Be careful to measure the width of your doors before buying this though. We had one set of doors that were too thick for one of the locks we bought and can't use it.
CUSTOMER COMMENTS: This lock just slides over the top of the door; when you want the door locked, you slide it to the middle so the door can't fold. To open the door, just slide it to one side. It's also nice that the clear plastic makes it almost invisible on my white doors. Although I bought these locks to keep my toddler granddaughter out of my linen and storage closets, a side benefit has been that the cats can no longer sneak a nap in the linen closet (no more pre-haired bed linens!)
CUSTOMER COMMENTS: This is the best lock for these doors. The handle makes it very convenient to move it back and forth. The lock is so simple to install and it is the most effective. We wanted a lock for our bi-fold doors since it is so easy for the baby to pinch their fingers and this has been perfect.

RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: Items returned in used or opened condition, or outside of return policy will be refunded at retail price, minus 50% fee. The items will be given to a local charity or needy family. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
