CUSTOMER COMMENT: Our friend had bought the regular pod for when her baby
is born and my 4 month old tried it out and loved it. We decided to buy
one, but got the bebe pod plus and our daughter LOVES it. She loves the
toy and then at times likes to just sit without the tray. I would highly
recommend this item. Your little ones will love it and it will give you a
little hands-free time. BEST TOY YET!!! CUSTOMER COMMENT: I debated buying this seat b/c I have bought a few baby items I thought I had to have then weren't that great and I thought this might be the same way. Everyone I know who has a baby around my son's age has a bumbo seat so finally I did some research and everything pointed to this being a better choice than bumbo baby seat...better price, leg openings bigger(my son has thunder thighs), a tray included, a placemat included, a toy included and a more fun color! I was not disappointed. My son loves the new perspective of sitting up on his own - other people I know seem to use theirs on the floor but I keep mine snapped onto our dining room table so while we're eating dinner we put him in and he feels like he's a part of the family playing with his toys while we eat. Great buy!
CUSTOMER COMMENT: My pediatrician recommended this for our daughter when she was too small to sit up on her own. We found it in a children's store downtown and I purchased it. I LOVED this thing. I really only used the tray with toy option (not just the knob in the front) and my daughter loved the toy, chewed (teethed) on it a lot, and loved the items I'd put on the tray. It was her first feeding chair, too. I didn't use the little placemats as I figured my daughter would just pick them up and chew on them. That toy held up to a lot of washings/chewing's. And the chair was very easy to wipe off (feedings in those days were pretty messy!) I bought this same item on Amazon for a girlfriend for her baby shower, and she told me she used it a ton for her little boy and loved it. I highly recommend this product...please look for the style with the tray and toy!

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: Items returned in used or opened condition, or outside of return policy will be refunded at retail price, minus 50% fee. The items will be given to a local charity or needy family. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
