Turn Links into Coupons

Most of us with web pages with LINKS pages for those that we have done link exchanges with. We all know link exchanges help our search engine ratings. Now how much traffic do those link pages get? I do not usually go to a list of links on a site I am visiting, do you?. I was trying to find a way to increase my traffic and link exchanges but also increase traffic to those links.
So now instead of a LINKS page I have an online COUPON pages. I do look at coupon/discount pages on other web pages. So each link exchange submits a coupon code to me for a percentage off or free gift with order or free shipping. In order to be listed on my page for free they must put my banner or ad on the page they submit for the coupon code redemption. So my ad is on their main page or products page not buried in a links page either.
