CAR SEAT SAFETY TIPS
Please follow the tips below to keep your child even safer in their car seat. Please be certain your child is in the write car seat for their age, weight and height. Place a CAR SEAT ID CARD on each car seat to keep them safer.
NOTE: I am not a certified car seat technicians. I am a mama and Nana who believes in keeping kids safe in car seat. Please have your car seat installation checked by a certified car seat technician. When in doubt read your car manual and your car seat manual.

CAR SEAT TIP 1- Move your child from infant car seat when they reach your seats weight or height limit. Check your seat manual.
CAR SEAT TIP 2- Keep your baby rear facing until age 2 or the car seat limit, usually 30-45lbs pounds. It is 5x safer.
CAR SEAT TIP 3- Do not move your child to a booster seat until they are at least both 4 yrs and 40 pounds.
CAR SEAT TIP 4- Do not move from booster until they are 4'9" / and feet touch the floor - check your states rule.
CAR SEAT TIP 5- The chest clip must be at arm pit level to be safe
CAR SEAT TIP 6- If you can pinch your child car seat strap then it is too loose. It needs to be tight to be safe
CAR SEAT TIP 7- Know your child's car seat WEIGHT and HEIGHT limit and do not exceed either. Read the manual.
CAR SEAT TIP 8- Know the expiration date of your seat (on sticker) usually 6 years. Do not exceed.
CAR SEAT TIP 9 - Do not put bulky coats on child in car seat. Use a car seat poncho over the straps instead
INFANTS can stay in infant carrier until seat weight limit, usually 20 lbs or 26"
BABIES stay in convertible car seat rear facing until age 2 or the car seat limit, usually 30-45 pounds
TODDLERS stay in 5 point harness until 4 years and 40 lbs.
CHILDREN stay in booster seat until 4'9", usually age 8-12

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of order, with
a return code, on unopened, unused products.
Email
us for RETURN CODE number. Please include order number and customer name
with this email.
When you return the product include a copy of the sales receipt, and indicate
refund or product exchange on the package.
NO RETURNS (unless defective) on open product
packages, sale items, potty training products, personalized products, special
orders, or wholesale purchases.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Items received defective will be
replaced within the first 30 days after order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - My Precious Kid is not responsible
for replacement of defective items after 30 days. Please contact us for
manufacturer's phone number for warranty issues. It will be the customer's
responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement according to their
warranty
policy.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be processed within 7 days of
return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: Items returned in used or opened condition, or outside of return policy will be refunded at retail price, minus 50% fee. The items will be given to a local charity or needy family. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
